THE BRIEF
Eightfold, a global AI talent intelligence platform founded by former Google and Facebook leaders, wanted to capture authentic customer success stories at their flagship Eightfold Cultivate 2024 (EU) event. With top clients attending, this was a chance to showcase real-world impact.
The goal was clear: produce five high-quality, two-minute testimonial films alongside shorter social-first edits. These assets would be used across the Eightfold website, social channels, email campaigns, and sales presentations, helping their team inspire confidence and close more deals.
Contributors included senior HR and talent leaders from organisations like Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Vodafone, EY, and Forvia. Each interview needed to reflect both the client’s voice and Eightfold’s transformative role in their talent strategies.

Post-production focused on creating versatile assets: full-length testimonials for the Eightfold website and sales decks, plus dynamic 30-second social edits optimised for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to drive awareness and campaign engagement.

The testimonial series is now prominently featured on the Eightfold website, reinforcing credibility for prospective clients and adding high-impact proof to the sales process. Social versions have driven strong engagement from targeted HR and talent audiences.
