The Brief
Informa’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer approached Small Films to create a central film celebrating D&I at the company. The goal was to develop a suite of content that could support employer brand messaging, reinforce internal values, and drive recruitment following the pandemic—when talent competition was especially fierce.
Our Creative Solution
We built the campaign around a core interview with the D&I lead, filmed in New York. From this single session, we produced 18 high-impact deliverables, including a two-minute hero film, recruitment edits, and bite-sized social content. This was followed by a second shoot at a major internal event, where we captured 13 further edits from staff across the business, each speaking to the All Informa initiative. This was complement with two UK-based case studies showing what it’s like to work at Informa on the ground.
The Result
The campaign gave Informa a rich library of engaging, authentic content to use across channels—from LinkedIn to internal comms. It helped reinforce their values, drive applications, and spark conversation around inclusion. Delighted with the results, Informa went on to commission Small Films for further projects—including a fast-turnaround event film and a high-spec product explainer.
